Common Issues
App Not Loading
Confirm your device is running iOS or iPadOS 18.6 or later and that you have the current PeptideCalc build. Try force closing the app and reopening it.
Calculation Issues
Double-check your input values and units. Make sure you've selected the correct syringe type.
Saved Protocols Not Showing
Do not delete or reinstall the app while records are missing, because local-only data can be removed with the app. Check active and archived filters, review your iCloud Sync state, restart the device, and export or back up the data if possible. If the records are still missing, contact support before taking any destructive step.
