Step 1: Sign in to Apple's Report a Problem website
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the PeptideCalc purchase.
Step 2: Choose Request a refund
Open I'd like to, then choose Request a refund.
Step 3: Choose a reason
Choose the reason for your request, then choose Next.
Step 4: Select PeptideCalc and submit
Choose the PeptideCalc app purchase, then choose Submit. Apple receives and reviews the request.
Step 5: Wait for Apple's update
