U-100 is a volume scale: 100 units equal 1 mL. A 30-unit syringe holds 0.3 mL; a 50-unit syringe holds 0.5 mL; a 100-unit syringe holds 1 mL. These units describe volume, not peptide mass.

Choose Per spray if your product label states the amount delivered per spray. Choose Concentration if you know the total bottle amount, final liquid volume, and the volume delivered by your pump.

It is the liquid volume delivered by one full actuation of your pump. Enter the value specified for that pump. The 0.1 mL shown in the example is an example value, not a default for every pump.

The count is the total number of whole sprays you enter, across both nostrils. The calculator multiplies that count by the amount per spray.

No. This calculator accepts whole spray counts. It does not round a fractional count into an achievable spray or calculate a partial actuation.
