How to Restore an Archived Protocol in PeptideCalc

Protocols

Direct answer

Open Protocols, expand Inactive, swipe the archived protocol left, and tap Restore. The protocol returns to the active list.

Archiving removes a protocol from the active list without requiring you to recreate it later. Archived protocols are grouped under Inactive on the Protocols screen.

Restoring the protocol and resuming a paused schedule are separate actions. Review Schedules after restoring if you also want a schedule to run again.

Questions about this PeptideCalc workflow

Where are archived protocols?

They are under the collapsible Inactive section on Protocols.

Does restoring a protocol automatically resume a paused schedule?

Treat these as separate actions. Restoring returns the protocol to the active list; review Schedules and resume any paused schedule separately if that is what you intend.

What if I do not see Inactive?

The Inactive section appears when there are archived protocols to show. Check that the protocol was archived rather than deleted.
